Species distribution models for Danube fish species
Abstract

The maps show habitat suitability predictions of fish species in the Danube River Basin. Predictions were made in R with the Random Forest algorithm, presence-pseudoabsence data and environmental variables that represent bioclimatic, hydrographic, soil and landcover characteristics.
